Tolbert Woodworking
Privacy Policy
Information you share. Choices you control.
Last updated October 8, 2026
1. About this policy
Tolbert Woodworking LLC operates this website. This policy explains information associated with visiting the site and contacting us about a project. Questions? Reach Caleb at tolbertwoodworkingco@gmail.com or (580) 222-6655.
2. Project inquiries
When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email, phone number, project address, budget, timing, plans, photographs, and messages. We use that information to understand your project, respond, prepare proposals, and coordinate work you request.
The “Start Your Project” link opens our inquiry form in JobTread. Information submitted there is available to us for your inquiry and is also handled by JobTread under its own Privacy Policy. Please share only information relevant to your project, and avoid sending sensitive identification or payment details in an inquiry.
3. Website visits and saved selections
Our hosting services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, requested pages, and request times to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems, and protect it from abuse.
The cabinet preview and door catalog save your selected wood species in your browser’s local storage so it carries between pages and visits on that browser. This preference is not sent to us by the selection tool. Clear this site’s stored data in your browser settings to remove it; you can still browse without saved preferences.
We have not added advertising pixels, session recording, or third-party analytics scripts to this website. The social media icons and Google review link are ordinary links, not embedded feeds or widgets. Following them takes you to services with their own data practices.
4. Use and disclosure
We use inquiry information for communication, estimating, project administration, necessary business records, and resolving questions or disputes. Providers that support hosting, email, and project management may process information needed for those services. Relevant project details may also be shared with the builder, designer, or other people you involve in coordinating the work.
Information may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably needed to address fraud, security, or legal claims. The website’s wood-selection tool does not send selections to advertising services.
5. Keeping information
How long information is needed depends on whether an inquiry becomes a project, the work involved, and applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements. Project and business records may need to be retained after work is complete. Browser-saved wood preferences remain until changed or cleared. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Questions and privacy requests
You can contact us at tolbertwoodworkingco@gmail.com or (580) 222-6655 to ask about information you provided, request a correction or deletion, or discuss a privacy concern. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights to access or receive a copy of information or object to certain uses.
We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some records must be retained for legal requirements or ongoing project obligations. We will explain any limitation and respond within applicable legal deadlines. If you disagree with our response, reply to request a review or appeal. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator.
7. Children and updates
This site is intended for people planning cabinetry and woodworking projects and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has sent personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Questions about this policy can be sent to tolbertwoodworkingco@gmail.com or (580) 222-6655.
