1. Using this website
This website is provided by Tolbert Woodworking LLC to help you explore our work, learn about cabinetry options, and contact us. These terms describe permitted website use. Our Privacy Policy explains how information associated with visits and inquiries is handled.
2. Inquiries and project agreements
A website inquiry or a selection in the cabinet preview is not an order, an accepted quote, or a reservation on our production schedule. We will discuss feasibility, selections, pricing, and timing with you.
Your accepted written project agreement and approved drawings establish the scope, materials, dimensions, payment terms, delivery and installation arrangements, and other project-specific obligations. If website information differs from that agreement, the agreement controls. These website terms do not change an existing project agreement or any rights you have under applicable law.
3. Cabinet previews, wood, and photographs
The interactive cabinet preview, door illustrations, profile diagrams, and wood swatches are visual planning aids. They are not shop drawings, dimensioned cutter specifications, or guarantees of an exact finished appearance. A combination shown in a preview may require adjustments for your project.
Natural wood varies in grain, figure, knots, and color. Lighting, photography, finishes, and screen settings also affect appearance. Confirm actual materials, profiles, samples, and final drawings with us before fabrication.
Portfolio photographs show particular projects; their details are not automatically included in another project. Completed rooms may show paint, stain, countertops, appliances, and work by other trades. We supply cabinetry unfinished and do not offer finishing services; coordinate finishing with your builder or finishing contractor.
4. Our content and your materials
Website photographs, writing, artwork, and branding belong to Tolbert Woodworking or their respective rights holders. You are welcome to browse, share links, and save examples for personal project planning. Commercial reuse, republishing, or presenting our work as someone else’s requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
Please send only plans, photographs, and other materials you have permission to share. You retain your rights in those materials and authorize us to review and use them as needed to respond to your inquiry and plan the requested work. Sending inquiry materials does not itself give us permission to publish them in our portfolio.
5. Respectful use and outside services
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or send malicious files, spam, or misleading information.
JobTread, Google, and the social platforms linked from this website operate their own services under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability or all content displayed on those services.
6. Website information and availability
We aim to keep information accurate, but errors and interruptions can occur. Website content and available options may change. Please confirm any detail important to your project directly with us. The website is provided as available, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that illustrations will meet a particular technical purpose. Nothing here excludes an obligation or consumer protection that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
